Terms of Sale

Nectar Shield is sold by BVA LLC (“we”). Our details are on the Legal notice. By creating an account you accept these Terms.

Nectar Shield is a browser-based game creation studio: asset desks (sprites, animation, images, sound, pixel tools and more) and Oracle, which writes playable HTML5 games from a description. Tools are added and improved over time.

You need an account with a valid email and a password. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. One account is for one person.

AI generation (Oracle's custom builds, generated images and video) runs on your own API key from Anthropic, OpenAI or xAI. You have your own agreement with that provider, which bills you directly for what you generate; Nectar Shield adds nothing on top and is not a party to it. Your key stays in your browser and passes through our servers only on the request that uses it — we never store it. Without a key, the studio still works with its built-in templates and local tools.

The first plan on an account starts with a 7-day free trial. A card is required to start it; nothing is charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the plan continues automatically and your card is charged 49 €. One free trial per customer.

Nectar Shield Pro costs 49 € per month, charged in advance each month to the card on file. Prices are in euros and are the full amount you pay. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it over the following days and the studio stays open meanwhile; if every retry fails, the plan ends.

If we ever change the price, we will tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before then.

Cancel anytime from your Account page, in one click. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current trial or paid month: the studio stays open until then and nothing more is charged. Until that date you can change your mind and keep the plan.

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have 14 days from the day you subscribe to withdraw. Cancelling during the free trial costs nothing. If you have been charged and you ask within 14 days of subscribing, we refund that charge in full — write to support@nectar-shield.com. Outside that window, a month that has started is not refunded, but you can always cancel the next one.

You own the games and assets you create, within the terms of the AI provider you used. Your saved assets and games live in your browser, not on our servers: export and download what you want to keep, as clearing your browser data removes them.

Don't use Nectar Shield to break the law or anyone's rights, to attack or overload the service, to get around access controls, or to resell access. We may suspend an account that does.

We work to keep the studio available and working, but it is provided as it is and may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or by our providers. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last twelve months. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights consumer law gives you.

If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim before its courts. Write to us first — most problems are solved in a reply.
